Replace ReactiveUI.Fody with ReactiveUI.SourceGenerators, migrate reactive properties, and remove Fody weaver configuration. Move SQLite from SQLitePCLRaw.bundle_green to SQLitePCLRaw 3.x using config.e_sqlite3 and SourceGear.sqlite3 with explicit initialization.
