Abdalrahman 0dbadf82c0 fix: auto-renew must re-enable client in inbound settings JSON (#4317) ... Since v2.9.4, disableInvalidClients sets c['enable']=false in inbound settings JSON when a client hits its limit. autoRenewClients only updated client_traffics.enable - never flipped the JSON field back.
